Day 11 - All Things Are Possible

But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him. Hebrews 11:6

Everyone has been given a measure of faith.  Yet, we are commanded by God to "add to our faith".  Romans 10:17 says that faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God.  When you hear the Word, you have an opportunity to increase your faith. Use it or lose it.  Focus on building your own faith. The gift God gives you is enough, but you can build upon what you have.  God’s Word is Truth; you build your faith by getting the truth into your heart.

You can’t read or hear the Word then put it on a bookshelf. What happens when you do that? Well, what happens when you quit exercising and eating too much? You gain weight and loose your muscle. What happens when you don’t focus on giving to your family and only focus on the getting part? The family suffers. What happens when you let you garden go? The weeds come in and overtake the plants. The same thing happens when you stay out of the Word. You forget what the Word says and how to apply it to situations in your life.
 

So by reading the Word of God is how you increase your faith. So receive the with meekness the engrafted Word, which is able to save your souls. Stay in the Word, by reading, listening to messages, hearing others teach and preach until the Word is in your heart.  

Faith like a seed once it gets into the ground will either produce life of not.  Once it disintegrates, it will either shoot forth or disappear and become one with the properties of the earth.  Your faith will either grow to make you distinguishable or you will appear to be just like everybody else.  How do I bring about the maximum yield for my faith?  You must believe!

Faith moves heaven. You have had glimpses of the power of your potential.  However, in this season you will begin to see the true purpose of your existence! All things are possible to the one who believes.

Prayer:

Lord, increase my faith as I hear your Word as seize this moment to go beyond believing in You to believing You.  All things are possible for me because of You, Amen.
